EY41 Three-way pipe Extruding Hydraulic Press 1. This series of hydraulic press apply to extrude the three-way pipe joint into shapes. The mold clamping force of the hydraulic press can adjust, also the side cylinder. The working pressure and speed of each cylinder can adjust. For the side cylinder, it can adjust by the speed control valve and reach to the same speed or it adopts electro-hydraulic proportion control and achieve the precise synchronization. the electric control is PLC program. It controls by the button and there is 3 operation ways including inching, manual and semi-automatic. It will be fulfilled according to the craft requirements: mold-closing to the adjusted pressure, the side cylinder advance to squeeze to the adjusted position. The side cylinder return the initial position and die sinking. The circle course has been finished. 2.
