1. We can supplyvarious kinds of generator sleeve forgings.Maxweight is 40Mt, max sleeve length 6000mm, max sleeve diameter2000mm. We have rich experience in power station forgings. 2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc. 3. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements. 4. Accordingto customers' requirements, we can finish final machining.
